About Me

My name is Eva, I am a Craniosacral therapist, Hakomi therapist and Massage-therapist currently located in the south of France. My work is dedicated to facilitate the process of re-connection in order to tune in and listen to the innate knowledge of the body, open ourselves to freedom of mouvement and a balanced inner ecosystem.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy encourages the body’s natural healing mechanisms to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, dissipate the negative effects of stress, and enhance health. CST assists the release of restrictions in the Craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

Hakomi

Hakomi translates from the Hopi language as "How do I stand in the middle of these multiple dimensions". It is a body based therapeutic method that uses mindfulness and non violence at the center of its approach. It was developed in the 70s by Ron Kurtz an American psychotherapist.

Massage

A Swedish massage is designed to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. The benefits of Swedish massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility.
